We often make the mistake of assuming people who live in remote, primitive locations are outside of God’s reach with the gospel. However, the Bible says that God does not want anyone to die in their sins but to repent and be saved (2 Peter 3:9; 1 Timothy 2:3-4). It also says that nothing is impossible for God (Matthew 19:26).
Jesus can reach anyone anywhere at any time with the gospel’s good news. He is never limited by geography, language barriers, resources, or anything else. Consequently, He provided all sinners with everything necessary for them to be saved—even those living in the most isolated, secluded places on Earth.
Jesus has given every individual two primary forms of revelation: creation and conscience. Both elements adequately testify to His existence.
The created universe reveals His majesty, splendor, invisible attributes, eternal power, and divine nature (Romans 1:18-21). These elements, coupled with the unique intricacies of every created thing, are indisputable evidence of God's existence.
Additionally, Jesus has written an internal law of right and wrong in each person’s heart. Their God-given conscience serves to affirm good conduct or accuse them of sin (Romans 2:12-16).
Next, Jesus equipped individuals with a measure of faith, making it possible for them to trust Him for salvation. Without faith to believe, redemption would not be possible. Therefore, Jesus is the Author, Perfecter, and Provider of faith (Hebrews 12:2, Romans 12:3, Ephesians 2:8-9).
Additionally, God the Father draws every individual to Jesus and to repentance because salvation would be unattainable otherwise (John 6:44). The Bible says that nobody seeks after God of their own accord (Romans 3:10-12), which is one of the reasons why God pursues and draws individuals to Jesus Himself. He may use His written Word, a missionary, pastor, preacher, new or seasoned believer, an angel, a vision, or other means to accomplish this feat.
Lastly, Jesus sent the Holy Spirit into the world to affirm everything God revealed. He works in people’s hearts and minds to convict them of sin and convince them of God’s righteousness and coming judgment (John 16:8).
Therefore, God has equipped people worldwide with the potential to know Jesus, hear the gospel, and be saved, should they yield to Him as they are drawn to the truth.
I hope this information helps you understand how Jesus can reach anyone with the gospel regardless of their location.
